CHAMPIONSHIPS:  Over all Grand Champion and Reserve Grand Champion will be judged from the divisional champions and reserve champions.

SHOW HALL LOCATION AND TIME:  The Missoula 5 Valley Model Horse Show will be held on__SEPT 26TH 2009 .  At the QUALITY INN 3803 Brooks Street. MISSOULA, MT Set up time will be 7:00 am. and the first Class will be called at 8:00 am Sharp. So Please have your models ready. There will be 3 min. between Halter classes and 10 min. between Performance classes.
CHILDREN:     Children who are accompanied by and adult are welcome in the show hall.  Please note that parents will be responsible for anything a child breaks. Also No Pets in the show hall that are not in there crates.  
WAIVER:              All Exhibitors must sighn a waiver, which is on the entry form for accepting liability for themselves and family menbers and their invited guests.
TRADITIONAL HALTER CLASSES:               The traditional halter classes include any PS, Breyer or other models of traditional or classic size only.
STABLE MATE CLASSES:            Stable mate classes are for any horse smaller than but including the pebbles sizePS or Breyer. The stable mate classe will be held at the same time as the Traditional halter classes.
OF MODELS:              OF division models include plastic Breyer and Peter stone and models with factory finishes and china and resins with factory finishes.
CM MODELS:             Cm division models includes customized horses of any type repainted,etched, touched-up models, artists resins and custom glazed chinas.
LATE ENTRIES:           NO CLASS WILL BE REJUDGED FOR LATE ENTRIES.
NAMHSA:              ALL NAMHSA RULES AND REGULATIONS WILL APPLY.  In accordance to NAMHSA rules, No show holder, nor his/her immediate family, roommate, co-owner of models, etc. may enter a division at her or his show.  A Judge may not judge any model that he/she has worked/collaborated on. A Judge may not judge any model which he/she ouns or has owned within the last six months. A Judge may not judge family members models.
SHOW HALL RULES:  Appropriate behavior is expected in the Show Hall at all times. Animals, Smoking, rude language or behavior, Alcoholic beverages or running will not be permitted in the Show Hall. POOR SPORTSMANSHIP WILL NOT BE TOLERATED!!!!!   The Judges and/or showholder reserve the right to ask anyone to leave the show, without refund of fees, for violation of any of the Show Hall rules.   Lunch will between 12:00 and 1:00 pm. 
Never! touch any model without the owner's permission and please be careful when adding or removing your model's from the judging tables. YOU WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO ANOTHER ENTRANTS MODEL.
     M5VMHS, The Show Holder, Judges and /or the Show Hall are not responsible for any breakage, damage, theft or loss of your belongings occurring at the show or on the grounds.
We will be holding raffles through out the day. Ticketes may be purchased for $1.00 each or 6 for $5.00.
TAGS:   We are now using the Region 1 "Tag Savers" Program.         You will need to provide and fill out your own tags.  Please use the 1" White string tags if possible. Each entrant will be assigned an exhibitor identification code or go to the Tag program website and sign up. Make a list of your models, number them sequentially starting with 01. Please print neatly on tags for judges to read.  You must provide show holder with a list of models with the entry form via snail mail, Or before classes start on show day. If you make changes or additions to your show model list you must provide this info in writing to the show holder on show day.  Example:  210-01   Hardings Gold    Morgan   Stallion  
THE SHOW IS OPEN TO ANYONE, REGARDLESS OF AGE OR EXPERIENCE.

ALL JUDGES HAVE THE RIGHT TO COMBINED CLASSES IF NEED BE.
The number of models per class will be 3 per shower. For Example 3 Halter models in Mini or OF or AR that will be same for Performance.
